Triangle Executive Director Support

Are you an Executive Director of an arts organization in the Triangle looking for support and growth?

Join our new peer support group, the Triangle Arts Leadership Collective, specifically designed for Arts EDs! This is the perfect opportunity to connect with peers and discuss your challenges and successes in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll be able to build meaningful relationships that will help you grow professionally.

Benefit from sharing skills, knowledge, and experience with your peers to grow professionally. You’ll learn from each other, gain new insights, and make valuable connections that can help you take your organization to the next level.

The Collective is open to Executive Directors (or the equivalent) of arts nonprofits in Orange, Durham, Wake, Johnston, Alamance and Chatham counties. Attendees can attend meetings as their schedules allow and no preparation is required. You can run a large, long-standing arts organization or be a volunteer or part-time director of a small or new organization. All are welcome and will benefit from attendance.

Facilitated by Britt Trama of Trama Consulting Group, this group meets monthly with the goal to connect with peers and discuss challenges and successes in a safe, supportive environment.
