Are you a Wake County resident who is working on your application for the 2026 United Arts Artists Support Grant?
You don't have to do it alone!
Join us for a free community work session where you can hear pointers from a United Arts representative (in the first 20 mins of the event) and talk to other artists about the application process. Bring your laptop and you can work on your grant at the session, grab a drink or some food from Trophy Brewing and share in the joy (misery?) of writing your grant application. If this is your first grant application, this is a great way to find community and improve your grant writing skills. If you have already applied for received a United Arts Artist Support Grant, join us and share your skills and knowledge!

This event is being presented in partnership with VAE Raleigh and United Arts. Since 1981, VAE has been providing paid opportunities, fostering collaboration, and centering creatives in the community. They are building Raleigh's next generation of arts leaders. United Arts has worked for more than 50 years to grow the cultural offerings across Wake County through grant programs to artists, arts organizations, and municipalities and through robust education programs for Wake County students. Artist Support Grants are provided in partnership with the NC Arts Council.
