August Happy Hour Roundup

Our recent Art Happy Hour at Bond Brothers East was a great success. It’s always wonderful to gather with artists and arts administrators, but for some reason the energy on the patio last week was extra special. We want to send out a huge thank you to the folks at Bond Brothers — they made us feel very welcome and kept the mix of cool drinks flowing. We enjoyed the great beverage selection and expert bartending, and the crowd of illustrators, jesters, music managers, maker-space devotees, performers, writers, painters, dancers, jewelers, potters, arts center directors, music organization administrators, poets, electronic musicians, cartoonists, and gallery owners made for some amazing networking.

Our Happy Hours rotate locations around the Triangle to make it easy for folks to connect, but last week we welcomed people from Cary, Selma, Wake Forest, Apex, Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, Pittsboro — and probably a few other places we missed. It truly was a great night.

If you missed this one, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to learn about the next event. And if you know of a great spot where we should host our next Happy Hour, reach out to us here.
