Her specialties are business planning, strategy and marketing messaging.  Katie helps artists create business plans that lay out how they will/can make money with their art by defining their three distinctive roles; (1) Entrepreneur - the one with the vision and the chief sales person (2) Manager - the one who handles the mundane but necessary things like ordering supplies, creating schedules, etc. and (3) the creative genius who creates the product that their ideal customer will buy.
