Does your arts support organization want to offer business professional development training to your constituents but doesn’t have the staff capacity to develop and deliver impactful workshops? Triangle ArtWorks is now offering ArtSwell À La Carte Partnerships to arts organizations to help you bring our workshops to your community in a way that is easy for you, and impactful to the community you serve.
As an À La Carte Partner, your organization will provide relevant business training to your constituents with minimal staff time and within a pre-determined budget. You won’t have to worry about filling up programs or finding presenters. Your organization will also have access to each event's post-training survey results, including impact quotes that can be useful for marketing and reporting.

How À La Carte works -
How can I get started?
When you sign up to be an À La Carte Partner, you will begin receiving À La Carte emails to learn about our upcoming publicly available workshops (see current and past events here) to offer to your community.
When you see a workshop you want to make available to your community, you reach out to our office.
What happens when we pick the programming?
Our staff will work with you to determine what discounts you want to provide to any eligible community members (free, half-off, etc) and help you determine any criteria for eligibility, if needed. You will set a per-program budget to make sure you don’t exceed your resources.
We will then add your organization's branding to program promotional materials and our website, with a link to reach out to you to see if they are eligible for discounts or free registration,
You will be provided with a way to directly register eligible community members. This ensures that your organization is not paying for non-constituents to take our programming and allows you to set a budget in advance.
What does this cost my organization?
For each selected program, you will be assessed a $100 program partner fee, plus the Early Bird registration price for each registration code used. The invoice for the program fee will arrive before the programming date, the invoice for the registration fees will arrive after the programming and you will only be charged for the number of participants registered with your codes.

How can I promote this to my constituents?
As an ArtSwell À La Carte Partner your organization’s logo and contact information will be included on the selected event registration pages. You will also have access to graphics to promote the programming to your constituents. We strongly encourage you to add this programming to your social media and constituent emails.
How do participants register?
Your organization will receive a set number of unique registration codes for the selected programming, based on your budget. You may either distribute the codes to constituents to register themselves, or have staff use the codes to register participants using their email addresses. Participant email addresses are required, as event links and handouts will be sent directly to participants.
You may choose to cap participation at any number (up to the event’s capacity).
All participants will receive standard registration and program emails directly from the ArtSwell team.
The ArtSwell team will manage all event communications, facilitation, and logistics.
