Zero To Newsletter in Just One Day

graphic advertising the Zero To Newsletter class for artists

Email marketing is inexpensive and one of the best ways to engage with a client or customer base. Emails cansell current work, direct customers to event registration, show off new work and sell tickets. Email newsletters work to share information and keep clients engaged every day.

So, why don’t you have a newsletter? Put all your worries away and take this three-hour IN PERSON course to begin sending regular emails to your customer base. You'll recieve hands-on instruction and create your first newsletter in the class. If you are 'technology challenged' this course is even for you. Many participants send their first newsletter before the class is over!

This course is for you if you are a visual artist, fine craft artist, musician, performer or photographer. You’ll learn about newsletter templates that will help you to create regular communication with your customers, free services you can use to send an email and what to talk about when you don't think you have anything to talk about. Whether you want to improve increase sales, communicate a show or exhibit schedule or other information, a professional email newsletter is not as intimidating as you may have thought.

Each participant will need to come to the class with a wifi-enabled laptop and be ready to create their first newsletter during the workshop. We’ll discuss various free platforms, how often to send a newsletter and how to convert your newsletter to a blog post or site update. Don’t have a mailing list? Don’t worry, we’ll talk about that as well.

Each participant should bring:

  • a wifi enabled laptop

  • digital files of 4-6 images of either current work, you performing, you teaching, etc.

  • logins to all your social media accounts

  • your client/fan email list (If you have one!)

Workshop pricing-

  • EARLYBIRD (through Sept. 14) $28

  • REGULAR PRICE(through Sept 18) $38

  • DAY OF EVENT PRICE (after Sept 18) $43
