Reset Intensive for Arts Administrators

202011008 - Resent intensive for executive directors.png

The last 20 months has been a lot for everyone, but for arts non-profit leaders there have been special challenges. During this three-hour workshop for Triangle nonprofit leaders, we will discuss and practice three different activities to reset your team. The three areas include:

Connection: how can we build honest relationships with our teams and be intentional about getting to know each other.

Reflection: what did we learn from the last 20 months? What do we want to keep as part of how we work together and what are we ready to release?

Intention: as a team, how to we function “at our best”.

This workshop is limited to 15 people. It is exclusively for those who are Executive Directors (or a similar role) with small to mid-sized Triangle arts organizations. This cohort is not open to individuals who are in the planning stages of establishing arts organizations, or for those who work with organizations based outside of the Triangle region. It is only for Executive Directors of existing organizations in the Triangle region of North Carolina.

This workshop will be led by Katie Weeks of Armstrong McGuire. Katie Weeks has nearly 20 years of non-profit fund development experience focused primarily in the arts and education.
