State’s small business assistance (finally) gets user-friendly

Have you ever thought of starting your own creative business and wondered where to start or where to go for help?  Have you always heard that the State government and community colleges have great resources for you…but had no idea where to look to find it?  Or do you already own a small business and know how confusing the State government websites can be when you are trying find the answer to a question?
