Town of Cary residents are given priority on rental of these facilities and they pay a cheaper rental rate, however the facilities are available for rental by the general public.

Each additional hour of rental time required beyond the eight hours will incur a fee of $100 per hour. Rental Hours include set-up and tear-down time required for event.
