Triangle attorney, Richard Bobholz, will be discussing nonprofits and their quirks at this month’s Law + ArtWorks Practicum. As part of his practice, Richard helps for profit, nonprofit and those companies that fall between those two areas.

At this Practicum, you will learn:

  • The differences between nonprofits and for-profit entities.
  • The requirements of starting and running a nonprofit.Different types of tax treatments.
  • How to convert between for-profit and nonprofit.
  • and lots more!

This Workshop will take place on December 7, 2016 at 7 pm in “Dive” conference room at the Frontier in RTP. The location is central to all parts of the Triangle with plenty of free parking!
