We here at ArtWorks will be taking a bit of time off starting today, through January 6. It has been a busy, productive year and we look forward to more great things for 2012!
Committees will continue their work setting up our ArtWorks NetWork of community partners, adding resources on the site, and spreading the word about what we are doing here at ArtWorks. Although we are working on sustainable funding, we are still a volunteer run organization, but it has been amazing to see the number of volunteers signing on this year to take on huge tasks for ArtWorks. As always, if you want to help, let us know! By bringing together and supporting this community, as the strong and important economic group that it is, we can make our community stronger and the entire Triangle region a better place to live and work.
So, take some time off, relax, have some fun, celebrate …. and we will see you in 2012!
Oh, and don’t worry, our twitter (TriArtWorks) and Facebook activity will continue over this hiatus, thanks to Jess Moore, who is taking over those duties while I head off on vacation!
